Holistic Health Coaching means looking at a person as a WHOLE. Not just focusing on one aspect of their health, but looking at all of the elements of the individual’s health (mental, physical, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, existential).

She recognizes that every body is different, and that we are all starting from a different place. Allison offers a holistic wellness experience that is specifically tailored to each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
Allison’s training style emphasizes core stabilization, integrated with strength and power techniques to help with everyday movements, while also improving flexibility, mobility, and balance.
