"From a young age, I’ve loved experimenting in the kitchen to make dishes healthier, but still tasty. In 2011, I established the culinary aspect of my business, called EnLITEned Eats. This is where I host live cooking demos, as well as feature videos, recipes, and nutrition tips emphasizing that a healthy vegetarian diet can be easy and delicious. Being an athlete and a vegetarian my whole life, I’m constantly challenged to come up with ways to incorporate a balance of protein and carbs into my meals to help my muscles recover, without being bored by typical recipes. I aim to provide an easy and delicious way to lighten up vegetarian dishes without sacrificing flavor."
