Allison Wells is a health and fitness professional who believes that prevention and balance are crucial for optimal wellness.

Allison is the chief wellness consultant at Allison Wellness since 2005. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an AFPA Certified Nutritionist and Wellness Consultant, TV host, creator of EnLITEned Eats, and a corporate health advisor.
She holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she played collegiate-level soccer as well.
Allison believes in "awareness through education." Besides independent nutrition and fitness consulting, she has experience with a variety of other wellness avenues. She participated in the STAND Teenage Obesity Research Clinic at USC's Keck School of Medicine where she taught under-privileged high-school students the importance of a healthy lifestyle through exercise and nutrition education. She also has five years of experience working in a Physical Therapy clinic, teaching patients injury rehabilitation. She hosts live healthy cooking demos, as well as wellness seminars for large companies and private groups.
Allison is a native Californian. Originally from the Bay Area, she has lived and worked in Los Angeles since 2004.
